Throughout June the pepi of ABC Panmure have been busy exploring and discovering more about the world around them. The nursery kaiako (teachers) have been providing plenty of learning experiences to expand on the children’s physical development, innate curiosity and growing independence. Pepi ABC Panmure’s Pepi Mokopuna tamariki continued to follow and extend the development of their social, language and physical skills. A is for apple… alphabet focus
The Tamariki in the Tuakana Mokopuna room at ABC Panmure have been engaging in numerous activities based around the alphabet. These have included matching big letters to small letters, using magnets to form the alphabet, feeding the letter monster, using the games on the computer and singing the sounds.
Construction has held the children’s interest in the 3 year old room at ABC Panmure. It can be seen very clearly with this wonderful construction of the road/ train track.
