Don’t Wake Beastie!
The children at EduKids Styx Mill, had been showing an interest in Dramatic Storytelling, and had been performing plays for each other in the classroom and outside. The children from EduKids Styx Mill put on a play for their whanau called “Don’t Wake the Beastie” After a lot of practice and the making of props for the big day arrived. All were so proud of what they achieved and are looking forward to putting on another show!
Another busy day for the Nursery children at Edukids Styx Mill exploring the centre gym. What fun they all had climbing, spinning and just seeing if they could extend their skills. What an adventure they all had and lots of fun!!
EduKids Styx Mill – Some amazing street artwork has been appearing all over Styx Mill concrete areas recently. The children have been talking about the Street Artwork that they have seen around Christchurch on old buildings, walkways and bridges. The pictures have created some fascinating conversations about the city they live in.
Shad Rutherford’s performance
