At BestStart Botany Road, our passionate and dedicated team strives to provide top-quality care and education to children from 3 months until they start school.

With four spacious, age-appropriate classrooms and expansive play spaces, including a shared play area between junior and senior preschool rooms, we cater to each child's individual needs, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that fosters independence and self-confidence.

Located in Botany, Auckland, BestStart Botany Road boasts large playground areas with natural trees that offer shade in the warmer months and warmth in the cooler months. These beautiful trees allow children to engage with nature and its ever-changing life cycle, enhancing their learning experiences through natural exploration.

Our centre follows the Te Whāriki (NZ Curriculum) in all classrooms, promoting strong relationships between children and teachers from the babies’ room to preschool rooms. Interactive and responsive communication supports growth and development, encouraging children to learn at their own pace through free play.

Our Set for School programme ensures children are well-prepared for their next educational steps. We also engage with families, celebrating their cultures and achievements, and provide nutritious, well-balanced meals under our Healthy Heart programme, for which we hold a Silver Award.

Regular excursions are also an important part of our learning programme, extending children’s experiences beyond the centre and into the wider community. These outings support curiosity, confidence, and social development, giving children opportunities to explore real-world environments, build independence, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
