Our mixed-age classroom brings children aged 2–5 years together in a warm, homely environment where they can learn, play and build relationships with children at different stages. This close-knit setting gives children opportunities to learn from and support one another while developing confidence and independence.
- A space to explore: Our large outdoor area includes native plants, food gardens, two large sandpits and a playground where children can be active, challenge themselves and connect with nature.
- Learning about sustainability: As part of the Enviroschools programme, children learn to care for their environment and take action in their community. From growing food to exploring nature, children develop an understanding of how they can make a difference.
- A strong start to school: Literacy and maths learning are woven throughout the day, with our Set for School programme giving children a strong foundation of skills, confidence and independence for starting school.
Our mixed-age setting gives children the benefits of a close-knit community, where they can learn from one another, explore their interests and grow into confident, capable learners.
