Our centre is home to a wonderfully diverse community that reflects the rich cultures of Rotorua.

At BestStart Pukuatua, we encourage children to grow into confident, independent learners from their very first days. Our approach emphasises independence and self-directed learning, starting from our under two's unit and extending through to our preschool unit. Our Set for School programme ensures that every child is well-prepared for their next educational journey. 

You'll find us conveniently located opposite Trade Central on Pukuatua Street, just minutes from Rotorua Hospital, Rotorua Boys' High School and the city centre. With plenty of off-street parking, drop-offs and pick-ups are easy, giving families one less thing to worry about.

Our centre cook also prepares fresh, nutritious meals every day for children, removing the hassle of packing lunches and reassuring you that your child is being fed a healthy, balanced diet throughout the day so they can learn, play and grow.
